2021 First Drop Moderno Barbera

First Drop was first founded in 2005 by head winemaker Matt Gant and business partner John Retsas. The winery is based in the Barossa, but sources fruit from growers across McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills and also Barossa. Using a wide range of international varieties, they produce wines with the simple intention of providing good quality wines. The Moderno Barbera has vibrant red and blue fruit, paired with lovely olive and spice notes. Plus, some fine tannins and bright, lively finish.
