This pack is an ode to Riesling; a varietal that has a knack for expressing its vineyard site, transforming unique terroir into a clear presence in the glass.

Like David Jason in a certain British mystery series, we want to investigate what this grape means for the regions and countries of the world. The steep, arduous slopes of the Mosel, give intensely fragrant, almost beguiling floral and mineral notes. While the narrow valley of the Wachau produces Riesling grown on gneiss rock and granite soils. Giving way to texture and complex orchard fruit notes, that soar into long, mineral-driven peaks.

Alsace always has a place in our hearts for Riesling, with Grand Cru sites in abundance, the pedigree is high.

We wouldn't be doing this investigation justice without a nod towards Tasmania’s Tamar Valley, a region growing from strength to strength every year considering its variable youth on the world’s wine stage. Tamar’s got a penchant for masterful cool climate expressions of Riesling - wild and scintillating, saline-dominated, totally mouth-salivating. We also threw in a little underdog region in the form of the Snowy Valley, a region for all Riesling buffs to watch.
