2021 Schmölzer and Brown Prȇt-à-Rosé
Made up of pinot and shiraz from Brunnen and Indigo vineyards respectively, the fruit is handled very gently with the use of foot stomping and a basket press followed by a wild fermentation then sent to old oak for a short period of time. A simple yet effective method to make an easy drinking rosé. Schmӧlzer and Brown are husband and wife duo, Jeremy and Tessa. Passionately growing a vineyard from the ground up in Beechworth in addition to buying fruit from neighbouring properties in Beechworth as well as Yarra Valley and King Valley.
