NV Val Frison Goustan Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature

Valérie Frison is based down south in the Côtes-des-Bar. Valérie comes from a family of growers and in 1997 she took over the family’s vines, but it wasn’t until 2010 that she made her first wine under her own label, Val Frison. Her vineyards have been certified organic since 2003, all her wines are barrel fermented with naturally occurring yeasts, no filtration and no dosage. 

Pure pinot noir fruit shines through in this crisp and elegant Champagne, for true lovers of the Blanc de Noirs style. Mineral and savoury with citrus and red apple skin notes with a dry finish.
