NV Le Facteur ‘Su’ L’ Velo’ Vouvray Brut Sparkling

Le Facteur (The postman) is a small, biodynamically famed label from Fabien Brutout and Mathieu Cosme in Vouvray, named after the tradition of giving the postman a glass of wine as he passes by. The Su’l Velo is made from 90 year old chenin vines and delivers a rich texture and mouthfeel without lacking freshness and drive. Plenty of aromas of ripe tree fruit, honey and a slight herbaceous, lemongrass note.
