NV Larmandier-Bernier 1er Cru Longitude Blanc de Blancs

Larmandier have been farming their Premier Cru and Grand Cru sites biodynamically for over 20 years and continue to produce some of the most exquisite examples of Champagne terroir. Growing the healthiest fruit possible in order to craft the most authentic wine is at the centre of their mission statement. With mostly all barrel fermentation, natural vinification and minimal intervention.  

Longitude is also 100% Chardonnay from four different sites on the northern side of Vertus, with chalkier soil and mixture of Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites. Golden fruit and red apple skin layered with fino sherry type flavours and a chalky dry finish.
