2025 Moorak Chenin Blanc Sparkling

Jordan is the man behind Moorak, a self-taught winemaker blending traditional and unconventional techniques. Moorak partners with sustainable growers focused on regenerative practices, sourcing grapes from multiple regions to create a unique, diverse range of wines. Located in McLaren Vale, the winery is off-grid and low-impact, using solar power, rainwater and bore water throughout production. This has aromatics of quince, apple and pear. Bright and expressive, its crying out to be matched with some sashimi, or shellfish.
