MGC x The European & The Melbourne Supper Club 25th Anniversary Gin

To celebrate the 25 year milestone of The European and The Melbourne Supper Club, we've been very lucky to work with the Wine and Gin maestro, Andrew Marks The Melbourne Gin Company. We've worked with Andrew to create a gin with a classic Dirty Martini in mind - we wanted to supersize the Juniper, introduced some salt bush and thyme for savoury flavours, added in seville orange and ruby grapefruit for added citrus tang.

We're now serving our European Dirty Martini at the City Wine Shop, The European Restaurant and The Melbourne Supper Club. But if you can't make it to our venues, why not try making it at home?
