Located only 8kms from Melbourne CBD and founded by Winemaker-turned-brewer Costa Nikias in 2010. La Sirene Takes inspiration from the wild, rustic ales of Wallonia. The Biere de Provision is a direct reference to the beers 18^th century Belgium workers were given to refresh after a day’s work. This beer is crisp and easy-going but also a little funky. Expect hay and earth notes, with aromas of stewed fruits and just a touch of cedar in the background.
