2021 Irvine 'The Estate' Shiraz 

The Miles Family Established Irvine Wines in the 1980’s with the goal of putting South Australian Fruit on the forefront on the wine world. And 40 years later they have cemented themselves as not only growers but prized winemakers of Barossa and Eden Valleys. The Fruit for the ‘Estate’ Shiraz comes from their aptly named Estate Vineyard in the Eden Valley and is a fantastic example of a cooler climate Shiraz. Fruits of the Forest on display with this wine, sweet and sour cherries, and a more elegant tannin and acid structure than typical of the region. A wine able to be enjoyed on its own or pair with some cured meat and cheese.
