2020 Girolamo Russo Etna Rosato

Made from 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes grown on Mount Etna, an active volcano on the east coast of Sicily. Due to the very fertile and mineral rich soils Mount Etna poses very unique growing conditions and wines of greatness. Girolamo set out to produce a rosé that’s linear, savoury and uniquely Etna - and that they have. This blush is very pale in colour, floral, salty, smokey and zesty. A pure joy to drink.
