Made with Gamay fruit from a charming domaine based in Puilly Fuisse, Southern Burgundy. Le Source Des Fées translate to ‘the source of the fairies’; needless to say, there’s something enchanting about this wine. A delicate, pretty fizz perfect as an aperitif or garden party attendee. Red berries, like pomegranate and rosehip, with chalky minerality and a fine bead - very refreshing stuff.
