2021 Aramis White Label Shiraz

The Aramis White Label shiraz is a perfect storm of business acumen from owner/vigneron Lee Flourentzou, and talent from wine-maker Renae Hirsch. With vineyard holdings coveted by some of McLaren Vale's most respected producers, Aramis, thankfully, holds back some of their best parcels of fruit for their wines. This is opulence to a point, but still reservedly influenced by the styles seen in the Rhône Valley, lifted dark fruit, and toasty spice, yet still displaying an underlining minerality that walks a different path from some of their Barossa cousins.
