2017 Domaine Amélie and Charles Sparr Pinot Blanc

Amélie and Charles both grew up in the wine world but when they started their own project the message was simple: grow and harvest grapes in harmony with nature. The couple are certified biodynamic and organic, use zero additions in the winery and only use naturally occurring yeasts. This wine sees extended lees ageing which brings some savoury detail rounding out this otherwise energetic wine with lemon and green apple.
