2023 Adelina Watervale Riesling

Nestled in the heart of the Clare Valley region, Adelina is one of the most exciting projects we’ve come across in recent years. Formed in 2003 and headed by superstar duo Jen Gardner and Col McBryde, Adelina crafts pure and precise wines with a focus on Riesling and Red Varieties of the Region. The 2023 Riesling is a blend of fruit from the Gullyview and Kloock Vineyards, and results in a pristine Riesling typical of the region. Refreshing flavours of Lemon Peel and Finger Lime, high tones aromatics of white flowers with energizing acidity and a long clean finish. The perfect wine to enjoy with some Oysters on the Beach.
