2023 La Contralta 'Fiore del Sasso' Vermentino di Gallura

La Contralta's everyday wine, from a 2.5 hectare parcel, planted in 2007, northeast facing - that's picked before any other plot. Fermented in stainless steel before being aged for 9 months in cement, amphorae, and a small portion in oak. Released following a couple of months rest in bottle, but the wine benefits from a little extra age to settle and integrate.
