2025 Ghost Rock Supernatural ‘Summer Skins’ (Chilled Red)

Pinot Gris and Noir portions co-fermented on full skins (wild), Gewürztraminer and Chardonnay are fermented separately on full skins. Pressed to tank and older oak, with no malolactic fermentation and regular lees stirring. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with low SO2. The nose boasts pink grapefruit, sour cherry, candied orange peel, and raspberries. Bright red fruits on the palate play with a hint of delicate tannin from the skins.
