2025 Gentle Folk 'Scary Gully' Pinot Noir 

'Scary Gully sits high in Forest Range, where shallow, rocky soils and an exposed position shape the wine. Dark fruit, bramble and spice meet firm structure and fine tannin. The vines have not been irrigated for 12 years, allowing the sandstone, quartz and bony soils to show clearly.'

'The fruit was fermented as whole berries and whole bunches before pressing, then aged in French oak (20% new). The wine spent nine months in oak followed by three months in tank before bottling.'
