Even with the use of 100% whole bunches in the ferment 2024 is looking slightly rounder than the 2023 vintage. Less savory, crisp, and textural, instead this feels more for immediate consumption. Relaxed redberry fruit, touches of spice, and game are still present - alongside classic silky tannins. - CWS
