With fruit sourced from Timo's friends at De Bortoli, in Dixons Creek, Timo uses seasoned hogsheads and 100% whole bunches. Exuding all the fresh, fragrant notes that the Rose clone is famous for. Bright vivid red in the glass; perfumed aromas of rose, and red berry fruit make way for signature notes of amaro from the whole bunches. Suitable to drink now, but will reward those with the patience to lay this down for a few years. - CWS
