2024 Cooter & Cooter Watervale Riesling

Cooter & Cooter are a husband-and-wife duo dedicated to winemaking and grape growing. With fruit sourced from primo vineyards located in the Clare Valley sub-region of Watervale. There wines are thoughtful, site driven styles, hand-picked in the cool of the night to help ensure a slow start to fermentation. De-stemmed, then gently pressed – resulting in a delicate, fine boned Riesling that is brimming with natural crunchy acid and refreshing green orchard fruit.
