2024 Airlie Bank Gamay/Grenache

Airlie Bank is the second label of award-winning winery Punt Road and is the label where the winemakers can experiment and play around with different varieties and styles.  Winemaker Jarrad Johnson has done just that, creating a world first blend of gamay and grenache. This is a bright, fresh wine, medium bodied, but with cleansing acid, lots of red plum and boysenberry going on, with spice from grenache and dark, stony mineral notes from gamay.
