Produced by pinot noir maestro William Downie, often described as the OG of minimal intervention, site specific pinot noir in Australia. Having honed his craft in Burgundy, with impressive stints at Domaines Fourrier and Hubert Lignier. The Cathedral cuvee has always been Bill’s approachable everyday pinot noir, this vintage the fruit was sourced from Mornington Peninsula and King Valley, the resulting wine shows bright, sensual aromatics, balance and finesse. With lashings of red and dark berry fruits with blackcurrant, raspberry and cherry as well as some spice and earth.
