Delicious blue and red fruited gamay, hailing from Touraine, Light garnet color with purple highlights hand-harvested and quality red wine from the Cher Valley. All hard harvested with ageing in stainless steel, all with the intention of retaining the balance and liveliness of the gamay grape. There’s an intensity and concentration in these French styles of Gamay that’s hard to replicate in the new world.
