2023 Grenaudiere Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine

Mathilde Ollivier and Stéphane Cottenceau represent the 8th generation of winegrowers at the Domaine de la Grenaudière, located in the heart of the Muscadet appellation since 1723. Deep in their underground cellars, their wines sleep quietly on lees for up to 60 months for some cuvee’s giving their wines that lovely mouthfeel and razor-sharp mineral edge. The Muscadet Sevre et Maine is a classic example of their meticulous work, with green apples, preserved lemons, and a salty sensation that lingers long after the wine has been drunk.
