2022 Domaine Servin 'Les Paragues' Chablis

Les Paragues was an offical designated Premier Cru of Chablis, nestled beteen Montmains and Vaillons. Sadly, the abandonment of the area post World War 1 led to it declassication. Now, with with Domine Servin bringing energy back to the forgotten Cru, the now 50 year old vines create wines of great concentration. Fresh with classic Chablis minerality, it also has more ripe fruit and a little more rounded feel from a small amount of MLF. Cru Chablis for a fraction of the price.
