Named after a prominent entrepreneur and negociant in 18^th century Burgundy, The Noemie Vernaux pinot has as much panache as Noemie herself had. Filled with raspberry and blackcurrant aromas, the Sun of the Languedoc can help develop the structure of pinot noir, giving a savoury tannin edge to the lifted acid.
