2021 Sipp Mack ‘Tradition’ Riesling

Taking a note from their German Neighbours but with a distinctive French twist. The Alsace region produces a distinct style of Riesling, often fuller-bodied, richer, and more textual than its Australian or Germanic counterparts. The Sipp-Mack estate is in its 10th generation of winemakers, located in the village of Hunawihr, a picturesque town with multiple Grand Cru’s in its vicinity. The Tradition is a blend of plots from younger vineyards, a lick of sugar and elegant acid maintains balance, peach and white flower aromatics, and a palette that fills the mouth and leaves a long finish.
