2021 Paco and Lola Albarino

Founded in 2005, Paco and Lola is a group formed by over 400 members of independent winegrowers from O Salnés, it is the largest cooperative belonging to the DO Rías Baixas. This 100% Albarino is produced from the free-run must of selected grapes from some of their best vineyards. These growers reflect the agricultural tradition of the Rías Baixas, where every household grew their own vegetables, raised their own chickens and, of course, grew their own grapes for house wine. This Albarino displays a long line of mineral-edged acidity, soaring through a fresh palate of racy citrus and orchard fruit.
