2022 Fraser Gallop Estate Parterre Chardonnay

Established in 1999, Fraser Gallop Estate is at the heart of Margaret River’s Wilyabrup valley north of the Town of Margaret River and six kilometres from the South West coast of Western Australia.

Margaret River Chardonnays often speak for themselves in terms of quality and this cuvee is no different. Creamy, nutty and washed with salinity, looking effortless complex. The fruit speaks for itself amidst some serious winemaking. Ripe citrus and custard apple, backed by texture and weight with a clearly defined line of acid punching through to a serious finish. Pair this with your white meats, albeit Chicken, Pork, Turkey – warm roasted potatoes basted in Duck fat.
