Impress with this brooding concoction of dark fruits, dark minerals, spice and savouriness. With a palate that starts lithe, supple - wrapped by pretty red fruits, and finishes on a crescendo of savoury intensity awash with detailed spice and herbal notes. This would look remarkably good with a slow roast lamb shoulder with all the trimmings.
