2019 Sette Nizza Barbera

From 80 year old vines rich in limestone, silica, white chalk and silt. Vinifaction is traditional with fermentation occuring spontaneously and the grapes macerating under submerged cap for 42 days. Aging occurs in large oak and concrete. Could be mistaken for Burgundy, with its fine boned tension - dark minerals and sumptious herbal aromatics. Unbelievably great value.
