Chardonnay component was allowed to go through MLF in tank for creaminess and provide some texture around the spritely acid profile of the pinot. The wine was assembled and tiraged, then spent 14 months on lees prior to disgorging with a dosage of 4g\/L.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e'On the palate lively green apple and lemon zest meet toasted brioche, subtle almond skin and saline minerality, with precise acidity and persistent fine mousse.
