2022 Vinea Marson Prosecco Col Fondo

Top-notch sparkling from Mario and Madeleine Marson, this is a small-batch, ancestral method Prosecco – often referred to as col fondo; translating to ‘with the bottom’.

Unique to this style of sparkling, the wine does not undergo disgorgement & dosage with the lees remaining in the bottle, resulting in a textural delight.  Full of savoury aromatics, soft bread, and lemon pudding characters. This will be perfect with Proscuitto and an aged Reggiano Parmesan.
