Hillwood and Relbia are the two parcels that make up this stunning Tamar riesling. They’re both pressed separately, followed by a cold slow ferment and left with a very small amount of sugar to balance the natural acidity. Once blended they are left on lees for six months before bottling.

Aromatic, pure fruit flavours, refreshing acidity and the lightest little hint of residual sugar. Lemon and lime zest, white florals and a wet stone character. So moreish and refreshing
