2023 A Thomas Two of a Kind Semillon

Andrew Thomas is a Hunter Valley stalwart, with vintages with Tyrrells and training at Roseworthy Wine College – he knows the region inside out. Producing some of the most bright and engaging Semillon and classy, Rhône influenced Shiraz. His ‘Two of a Kind’ Semillon is a tribute to the famous multi-regional blends of the ’50s and ’60s, with a portion of the blend (60%) being from an early picked block in the Braemore vineyard, while the Sauvignon Blanc (40%) was sourced from the Adelaide Hills.

Delicate and citrus-driven; seafood is the first thing to come to mind. Grilled Prawns with lashings of butter and garlic and chilli…divine!
