La Roche vineyard is located at the top of the Moulin-à-vent hill, the elevation of this site gives the wine freshness and elegance. La Roche is vinified much the same as the VV, 40% whole cluster, minimal extraction and aged in old oak for 15 months. The tannin profile will become more supple with age.
