Fifth generation members of the Fourny family tend to the Premier Cru vineyards of Vertus. This bright, fresh style of Champagne made up of chardonnay and pinot noir presents aromas of white peach, lemon zest and glimmers of brioche, imparted from a small time spent on lees.
