2021 Spinifex Syrah

Note the use of Syrah on the label, not shiraz. This is a Barossa shiraz of a different breed and we’re loving it. Made with fruit from five different sites across the Barossa and Eden Valley in a near perfect growing season, we see dark brooding fruit, a little bit of spice and pepper, some herbal notes… all coming together as a very well balanced and elegant wine. Pair with a steak and pepper sauce and you won't regret it.
