Neil Prentice looks to his wine punk heroes Radikon and Gravner as inspiration, playing with lower amounts of SO2 to none at all, this Pét Nat Rosé is produced using 85% Upper Yarra Chardonnay,12% Whitlands Blanc de Noir and 3% Moondarra Samba Side Pinot Noir. Neil looks towards the classics, being influenced by Billecart’s Salmon Rosé and Coopers Red. Flavours of green strawberries and yellow stone fruit, it’s very clean in style, harmonious fruit - showing a real pedigree as a pétillant naturel.
