2019 Antoine Olivier Bourgogne Blanc Les Deux Dindes

This Bourogogne offers exceptional value, which is something of a rarity whenever ‘Bourgogne’ is on the label. Pure and ripe fruit with great tension and a charming flinty character. The wine remains in oak barrels on lees for 18 months before racking. Antoine Olivier is based in Santenay, but also has holdings in Macon which is where most of the fruit for this Bourgogne blanc comes from.
