NV Champagne Diebolt-Vallois 'Tradition'

Great grower goodness, possibly one of the best value grower producers we've had the pleasure to drink at the wine shop. Balanced and positively charming, with a distinct attractive note of ginger skin on the nose, blending floral and ripe orchard fruit.There's a firm backbone of clean cut acidity and underlying minerality that wraps everything in a neat package. 

40% Chardonnay, 30 - 40% Pinot Noir, 20 - 30% Pinot Meunier
