"Chenin Blanc is really having its time in the spotlight right now. We've finally come to celebrate its diverse nature. The purity and drive of Anjou Noir, the unctuous and floral tones of Vouvray, and while Chinon is famed for its illustrious Cabernet Francs, It’s nice to see how Chenin performs in this region. This is a relatively new cuvee for vigneron Kevin Fontainte, but it seems as though working with this varietal has become second nature to him. I love the chiseled edge to this wine, full of electricity and zip. I'd love this alongside a fresh oyster or a simple grilled fish and salad." - Jenny Drescher
