This nifty sparking from Valencia, near Spain’s eastern coast, has vineyards situated above Requena, 650 metres above sea level. This cooling continental climate is reflected in a core of succulent stone fruits, marked by green herbals tinges - pouring a pale straw yellow in the glass and all carried by a persistent salivating acid line.
