2021 Brave New Wine Nat Daddy

Brave New Wine is an adventure in wine by wife and husband team, Yoko Luscher-Mostert and Andries Mostert. They seek out tiny volumes of high quality fruit from vineyards in the Great Southern Wine region of Western Australia, and employ a lo-fi / minimal intervention approach to turning those grapes into delicious wine.

Sauvignon Blanc 86%, Shiraz 14%

'The Sauvignon Blanc is from Shepherd's Hut. It was de-stemmed and had a skinny touch of skins before being pressed to tank, settled and racked. The Shiraz is from Zarepath, and was crushed to tank for 24 hours before the juice was drained off. The two varieties then came together for co-fermentation (wild, no additives of course), and finally, bottling just at that perfect moment. Undisgorged, as all good pét-nats should be.'
