2020 Alkoomi Grazing Collection Cabernet Merlot

Alkoomi started as a grain and livestock farm in 1946 and has since been developed into a sustainable vineyard passionately run by its third family generation. Cabernet and merlot were fermented in stainless steel and then aged in French oak for 12 months creating a deeply coloured, powerful red with notes of cassis, cocoa and juicy blueberry and blackberry with lush tannins.  A wonderful red for cooler months, just add protein and a cosy blanket!
