2022 Mayer Sangiovese

Maybe the dark horse of the release here, rolling cherry fruit, strokes of herbal and twiggy notes. Very Varietal, certainly in a class of its own. Mouth filling and generous with drying tannin. Of course, Timo has managed to put his mark on this classic Tuscan variety. - CWS
