2021 Schmölzer and Brown Prét-à-Blanc

We poured this wine last year and boy was it popular! Both staff and customers couldn’t get enough and we’re equally impressed this year. Pinot gris is the dominant force with some riesling and sylvaner. The pinot gris was foot stomped which has extracted some extra flavour and colour from the red skinned grapes, while the riesling and sylvaner add some bright acidity to the blend. Aromatic and pretty on the nose while the palette is crisp and dry.
