Mount Majura Lime Kiln Red 2021

Located just 15 minutes from the CBD of Canberra and most notably known for its use of Tempranillo and other alternative varieties. The Lime Kiln blend is made up of Touriga Nacional, Graciana and Shiraz in equal parts. All fermented separately in large open vats and matured in old french oak before blending. The result is a delicious, expansive, medium bodied red with plenty of interesting flavour, like dark forest fruits, spice and some velvety tannin.
