2021 Giacomo Fenocchio Dolcetto d'Alba

From 2.5 hectares of 30-year-old vines right on the doorstep of the estate in Bussia, Monforte d’Alba. Ten days of skin maceration and spontaneous fermentation are followed by 6 months in stainless steel, after which the wine is bottled and rested before release.
